2. Must Not Violate the Rights of Others

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you post does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties. This includes ensuring that any images, videos, logos, or text you upload are either owned by you or used with proper authorisation.

3. Must Not Include Prohibited Content

The following types of content are prohibited on Khyte:

Illegal content: Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including fraud, violence, or harassment.

Offensive or harmful content: Content that is defamatory, offensive, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory.

Adult content: Pornography, explicit sexual content, or content intended to exploit or harm minors.

Spam: Repetitive, unsolicited content intended to advertise, promote, or solicit without the consent of the recipient.

Malicious software: Content containing viruses, malware, or any other harmful software intended to damage or disrupt the operation of the Site.

4. Must Be Relevant to the Platform’s Purpose

Content posted on Khyte must align with the platform’s primary goal: connecting businesses with supporters. Listings that are unrelated to business or that do not provide relevant value to the community, will be removed.

5. Must Respect Other Users’ Privacy and Safety

You may not share personal information of others without consent. This includes, but is not limited to, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or other personal identifying details.

6. User Reviews

When submitting or responding to reviews on the platform, please ensure they are respectful and honest. 

7. No Plagiarism

Plagiarizing content or misrepresenting another person’s work as your own is strictly prohibited. Always ensure that the content you post is original or properly attributed to the original source.

Enforcement

Khyte reserves the right to review all content posted on the platform and take any appropriate action, including:

Rejection of listings that do not comply with these guidelines.

Removal of content that violates the guidelines.

Account suspension or termination for repeat offenders or violations of these guidelines.
